According to Montgomery County authorities, a Houston man and a Pearland woman were arrested after a traffic stop for unauthorized firearm carrying and marijuana possession.
On March 27, 2025, around 8:30 p.m., a patrol deputy from the office of Constable Ryan Gable saw a white Chevrolet pickup vehicle with an equipment violation in the 1500 block of Rayford Road, Spring.

After beginning a stop with emergency lights and siren, the deputy recognized the driver as Anthony Williams, 33, of Houston, and the passenger as Elizabeth Araujo, 40, of Pearland.
The Montgomery County Constable’s Office, Precinct 3, detained both individuals and towed the vehicle from the scene. Williams and Araujo were taken to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
