The Amber Alert for a missing pregnant teen believed to be with a 40-year-old man was inactivated on April 3, 2025.
The 16-year-old was last seen on February 2 in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, according to the Beaver Dam Police Department (BDPD). Amber Alerts were issued in Arkansas, Wisconsin, and Missouri, with a $5,000 reward offered for information that led to the teenager’s location.
Officials stated the adolescent was three months pregnant and thought to be with Gary F. Day, 40. The two were under a no-contact order, and THV11 finally issued a warrant for Day’s arrest.
According to the announcement, at approximately 11:40 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, the Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office in Nebraska received information that the missing adolescent had been sighted near Omaha.
When police arrived, they discovered the teenager with a man who fit the description of Day. After establishing their identities, police arrested Day. They moved the adolescent to a guarded institution to await her family’s arrival.
