Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing a shoulder restriction on northbound Route 28 in Sharpsburg Borough, Allegheny County, will occur Monday, March 18 weather permitting.
The right shoulder on northbound Route 28 will close to traffic from 9 a.m. to noon on Monday in the area of the 23rd Street Extension between North Canal Street and the Highland Park Bridge.
Crews from Gannett Fleming, Inc. will read instrumentation from earlier geotechnical boring work.
