New Kensington, Pa. – Police and County investigators were on scene of a shooting at the corner of Leishman Avenue and North Street after shots were fired striking one vehicle and possibly another just before 1:00 pm Saturday afternoon.

One bullet struck a four-door sedan on the drivers side rear window and possibly another vehicle was struck in the middle of the hood of a black four-door sedan. Investigators were also looking at a few houses in the 300 block of North, but were unable confirm any houses were struck. One resident told investigators they were probably looking at a bullet hole from a previous shooting.

No injuries were reported. Westmoreland County detectives told AKVNEWS.COM the incident is under investigation and could not comment on the evidence gathered on scene or any leads on suspects.
