Harrison fire crews respond to Wal-Mart at the Highlands Mall

Harrison Township, Pa. – (Story Update @ 11:26 pm) Fire crews returned to station @ 11:26 pm and were not able to locate the source of the problem. Walmart maintenance was called to the scene.

(Original Story) Fire crews in the township responded to the Walmart along Freeport Road about 10:00 pm Monday night after a reported smell of something burning in the store.

Crews arrived on scene near the lawn and garden area to investigate with a TIC (Thermal Imaging Camera) to help locate the source. Power is being cut to a couple of heating/cooling units. According to radio reports, the store was evacuated.
