Greensburg Road SR 366 shut down after crash near Drennan Road

Upper Burrell Township, Pa. – Police and fire crews responded to the 1900 block of Greensburg Road near Drennan Road late Tuesday evening after a reported tractor-trailer vs. passenger vehicle crash with multiple injuries.

The crash occurred about 8:40 pm with confirmed reports of entrapment in the vehicle with approximately 5 patients. AKVNEWS.COM arrived near the scene at Merwin Road but was unable to access the crash location on the Eastbound side of the crash.

On the Westbound side of the crash near the outlet of Menk Road onto SR 366, a tractor-trailer could be seen in the roadway headed Westbound towards New Kensington. Visibility to the crash scene was through trees making it hard to determine anything more than emergency lights and authorities investigating the crash. It was not immediately known how long SR. 366 would be closed.

The condition of those injured was not immediately available. AKVNEWS.COM will continue to update this story as more details are released.
