Chicago police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying seven persons who attacked and robbed a CTA Red Line rider last month on the South Side.
The incident took place at around 12:35 a.m. on March 22 near the 79th Street stop, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The 23-year-old man was traveling on a northbound Red Line train when the group assaulted him, injured his hand with a sharp tool, and stole his stuff, according to police.
