AG Office-Harrison Pd execute drug search warrant on Sheldon Park residence

Harrison Township, Pa. – Agents from the Pennsylvania State Attorney’s Office along with the assistance of Harrison Township Police executed a search warrant on a residence in the 100 block of Municipal Drive in Sheldon Park just before 10:30 am Tuesday morning.

Arrested in the incident were Tyrell Dudley, age 37 of Natrona and Saterra Townsend, age 28 of Natrona Heights. Harrison Township Police said one loaded firearm, 40 grams of crack cocaine, approximately $3000 in cash and miscellaneous paraphernalia were seized in the bust.

Both suspects were taken into custody without incident.

Dudley Charges: Person Not To Possess Use Etc Firearm 11/26/2019, Int Poss Contr Subst By Per Not Reg, Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense, Use/Poss Of Drug Paraphernalia and Marijuana-Small Amt Personal Use.

Townsend Charges: Endangering Welfare of Children – Parent/Guardian/Other Commits Offense 11/26/2019, Int Poss Contr Subst By Per Not Reg, Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to
Manufacture or Deliver, Poss Of Marijuana and Use/Poss Of Drug Paraphernalia.

A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled on 12/04/2019 at 1:00 pm before the Honorable Magisterial District Judge Carolyn S. Bengel.

Both suspects were transported to the Allegheny County Jail unable to post bail. AKNVEWS.COM will update this story as more details are released.
