One of the six men arrested for a 2022 Pagan Motorcycle Club murder in Marion County was sentenced to spend decades in jail for his role in the crime.

Austin Mullins, 28, has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for the second-degree murder of Henry Silver. He was also sentenced by Judge Matthew Delligatti to spend 10 years in prison for the use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and five years on a recidivist charge. Despite the prosecution’s request for consecutive sentences, Delligatti ordered them to run concurrently, or at the same time.

On September 9, 2022, Silver was shot and killed in the Carolina section of Marion County. John Wolfe, a Pagan Motorcycle Club member, discovered a hidden relationship between Silver and his girlfriend. According to deputies, Wolfe then collaborated with other club members, including Mullins, to murder Silver.

Wolfe was found guilty of Silver’s murder in April 2024 and sentenced to life imprisonment for first-degree murder in June 2024.

Two other men involved in the crime — Derek Clem and Dane Hull — are scheduled on Tuesday, April 1st.

Clem was convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit a felony in separate jury trials, while Hull was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and use of a handgun while committing a criminal. Hull was declared not guilty of first-degree murder following a five-hour jury deliberation.

Ryan Lane, the sixth man arrested, has been indicted twice for his role in the case, once in October 2024 and once in February 2025. However, he has not yet been tried. Lane was arrested after texting Wolfe about the situation and stating that they needed to “handle that f——,” according to court documents.
