A drug arrest in Martins Ferry on Thursday, March 28, resulted in the seizure of illegal substances and cash, according to the Martins Ferry Police Department.
Officers arrested Antwane McMeans of Youngstown, Ohio, near Aetna Street without incident.

He was taken to the Belmont County Jail, where he sits on a $90,000 bond.
During the arrest, officers discovered $782 in cash, fentanyl, Xanax, and crack cocaine.
McMeans faces several drug-related accusations, including felony drug trafficking, criminal drug possession, and further felony trafficking and possession offenses.
Authorities also confirmed that two active warrants led to McMeans’ arrest.
