Volunteer firefighter faces charges of arson/risking catastrophe in Brackenridge fire

Brackenridge, Pa. – Authorities have charged 18 year-old Patrick Marshall-Cly Gillis of Brackenridge for allegedly starting a fire that destroyed a 2 story duplex Monday afternoon in the 800 block of Seventh Avenue.

Gillis is a volunteer with the Pioneer Hose Fire Department in Brackenridge.

Charges: Arson-Danger Of Death Or Bodily Injury, Causing Catastrophe and Arson-Intent Destroy Unoccupied Bldg. A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled on 05/30/2018 @ 1:00 pm before the Honorable Magisterial District Judge Carolyn S. Bengel.
