Theft suspect on rampage in Allegheny County Parks

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA – Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help with locating a theft suspect.

Over the past four months, Allegheny County Police have investigated a series of “smash & grab” thefts from vehicles in the county parks. The actor would break out the vehicle’s window and remove valuables, specifically credit cards, which he would later use at various retail businesses to purchase gift cards.

Investigation by Allegheny County Police detectives has resulted in the identification of a suspect, 38-year-old Andre Jennings. Jennings is a black male, 5’3” tall, weighing approximately 160 lbs., and sometimes wears eyeglasses. There is an active arrest warrant for Jennings related to these incidents, and police are seeking his whereabouts.

A reward of up to $1,000 is offered for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of individuals wanted for featured crimes. Callers may remain anonymous.
