Story Update: Vehicle rolls on side after crash in Bell Township, driver cited

Bell Township, Pa. – PSP Kiski Valley investigated a single vehicle crash on SR 981 in Bell Township earlier this week after the Greensburg operator rolls the vehicle on its side.

Investigator John Robertson said the vehicle ws traveling Northbound on SR 981 at approximately 45 mph when its passenger side tires left the roadway, struck a guiderail and rolled on its passenger side.

The operator, Robert Borbonus, age 50 of Greensburg was not injured in the crash but was cited in the incident. Borbonus was operating a 2003 Mack truck loaded with sand. No other vehicles were involved. Borbonus was not injured.
