Westmoreland County 911 dispatched the call for a vehicle roll-over with possible entrapment. At the scene, Arnold Police said speed was most likely involved since the incident occurred just past a stop sign. The driver sustained minor head injuries and was evaluated at the scene refusing treatment by New Kensington EMS.

A witness to the crash told AKVNEWS.COM the driver didn’t have his headlights turned on at the time of the crash. Two parked vehicles, one a 2005 Dodge Ram Pickup and a black 4 door sedan were struck prior to the vehicle rolling on it’s side. Both vehicles sustained moderate to heavy damages.
