Pittsburgh – PennDOT District 11 is announcing work to mill and resurface southbound Route 28 in Springdale, Frazer and East Deer Townships, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, October 2, weather permitting.
Single-lane restrictions will occur on southbound Route 28 between the Creighton on-ramp and the Cheswick/Springdale exit (Exit 12) from 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, October 5. Crews will perform milling and resurfacing activities.
