AKVNEWS.COM spoke with a Lower Burrell man who sustained a minor head injury after the collision occurred at the intersection of Carl Avenue at the corner of the Auto Zone parking lot. The man was treated by EMS crews but refused transport to the hospital. The Lower Burrell driver said he was traveling West on Tarentum Bridge Road when another driver motioned the second unit involved in the crash to make a turn in front of him and that’s when the wreck occurred.

New Kensington Police controlled traffic through the scene while Elias Towing of Arnold cleared car part debris and towed both vehicles from the scene. Traffic resumed normal flow about 6:15 pm.
